Every contributor, organiser and volunteer has given their time for free. The venues are not charging either! All of our costs are coming from our commitment to meeting the cost of expenses for the people who are coming to speak and perform.
We don't want anyone to stay away for financial reasons - so the charges for daytime and evening are both 'donation entry' - if £4 is more than you can manage, please just give what you can or come in for free.
We're not sure we are going to meet costs and hope that some people might choose to donate some more. (In the happy event of a surplas we will donate the extra to a suitable registered charity).
